Winvib Terms & Conditions — Full Terms of Use

Winvib is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international license. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Winvib and all its users.

Winvib reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected with a revised date on this page, and members will be notified via email or in-account notification.

• These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict between the two, the English version shall prevail.
• All operations at Winvib are conducted in accordance with applicable international laws and the regulations of the relevant licensing authorities.
• All information, games, and offers published on this platform are subject to change without prior notice.

Providing accurate and truthful information is required to open a valid account on Winvib. Accounts created with false or fabricated details will be closed.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• You must be at least 18 years old. A national ID, passport, or birth certificate may be requested as proof of age.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be genuine and belong to you.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Never share your password with anyone.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process has not been completed.

Winvib currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit — failure to do so may result in processing delays.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Winvib does not charge any deposit fees, though payment providers may apply their own charges.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal from Winvib. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes and no longer than 24 hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirement on bonus funds has been met.
• In cases of suspicious activity, Winvib reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending verification.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000. For larger amounts, please contact support.

Every Winvib bonus and promotion has its own terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before claiming.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only. Applicable once on the first deposit.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Two deposit bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Any proven misuse of bonuses will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Winvib reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus validity is generally 7 days from the claim date — please refer to the specific offer's terms.

All games on Winvib are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is internationally audited. Game outcomes cannot be manipulated under any circumstances.

• The odds set by Winvib for Sports Betting are final.
• If a live bet is cancelled due to a technical issue during a match, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Winvib reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• Placing bets on opposing sides of the same match from a single account is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winvib and will result in account closure if detected:

• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software for betting or gaming.
• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using or selling another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Using false information to bypass identity verification.
• Disrupting the operation of games or interfering with other members' experience.

Winvib reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without explanation. This typically occurs for the following reasons:

• If evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity is found.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).

Any applicable balance will be returned via the designated method before an account is closed, unless forfeited due to fraudulent activity.
